Terms of service

By consenting to Secler USA LLC dba DECKO USA's SMS marketing during checkout and initiating a purchase or subscribing through our sign-up tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (such as order updates, promotional offers, and abandoned cart reminders) from DECKO USA (Secler USA LLC). These may also include product reviews requests. You may receive these messages even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.

Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from our text messages, reply with STOP to any message we send, or use the unsubscribe link in any of our texts.

Service messages. When you provide a phone number at checkout, you consent to receive calls and text messages from DECKO USA (Secler USA LLC) and our delivery partners relating to your order — including delivery scheduling, shipment updates, and resolution of any issues with your purchase. These messages are transactional and are sent regardless of whether you have opted in to marketing messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. Marketing messages require your separate opt-in at checkout and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.

You understand that other methods of opting out, such as using different words or requests, may not be considered reasonable ways of opting out. We do not charge for this service, but standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.

For questions, text HELP to the number you received messages from, or reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

DECKO USA (Secler USA LLC) reserves the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use for messaging at any time. You will be notified of any such changes.

Please note that if you send messages to a number or short code we no longer use, we may not receive your STOP or HELP requests, and we are not liable for fulfilling requests made through those means.
